Our residents are age 62 and older or with disabilities and are capable of living independently with outreach or community-based services. We have studios and one Bedroom apartments. We provide our residents with a convenient location, beautiful apartment home, affordable rental rate, planned activities and special events, and great customer service. Hill Rise Place is a 40-unit property(39 studios 1 one-bedrooms) that serves as independent living for men that have completed a recovery program from alcohol or drug addiction. The property is owned by The Hope Center and serves as the first opportunity for independent living for their clients that have completed the program. We are currently operating in our 21st year and continue to serve the recovery population in Lexington with great results that lead to self-sufficiency for those that have struggled with addiction.

The Hope Center for Women is an in-patient recovery program for women that was established in 2001. The building is divided into two sides with one being the motivational track of the recovery program and the second side being individual units for the clients as they progress further in the program. The recovery program averages 8-12 months for completion. The center houses 104 beds total for all phases of the recovery journey for the clients.

WB Sanders Retirement Center is a community style living of 61 efficiency studio apartment homes. WB Sanders had a time capsule that was placed inside the wall shortly after the building was built in May of 1982 and we were able to open it after our remodel and fill it with more memories and put it back into place in October of 2018 for someone else 25 years from now to open.
