Downtown Scholar House is special program designed for single parents who have primary custody of their kids and are enrolled in college full time. There is a mix of 54 two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 873 to 1241 square feet. Applicants must be a participant of the Family Schooler House program.

- No pets allowed. Service, Assistive and Therapy animals are accepted at Downtown Scholar House under the guideline, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service /Assistance Animal will require following the steps of Reasonable Accommodations Request and adequate documentation.
- PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
- A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
