The Hope Center currently has three drug- and alcohol-free efficiency apartment complexes that serve as affordable, permanent housing options for recovery program graduates. This recovery-oriented environment allows residents to better focus on their work, families, and maintaining their newfound sobriety. Residents live in single-occupancy apartments and have access to Hope Center’s employment, recovery, and social services programs, as well as the Health Clinic. The Don Ball Campus Center has 48 apartments for men, Hill Rise Place has 40 apartments for men, and the Barbara H. Rouse House has 44 apartments for women.

Animal Policy

No pets allowed. Service, Assistive and Therapy animals are accepted at Dan Ball Center under the guideline, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service /Assistance Animal will require following the steps of Reasonable Accommodations Request and adequate documentation.
PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
