Louisville Scholar House has a total of 56 apartments which include 40 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom units. In order to qualify to live at the Louisville Scholar House you must be an active participant in good standing with The Family Scholar House Program. We work closely with the Family Scholar House to help stop poverty through education. Fun fact, The Louisville Scholar House was the first campus that the Family Scholar House had opened. They now have 5 campuses in Louisville and more throughout other states!
Applicants must be a participant of the Family Schooler House program.

- No pets allowed. Service, Assistive and Therapy animals are accepted at Louisville Scholar House under the guideline, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service /Assistance Animal will require following the steps of Reasonable Accommodations Request and adequate documentation.
- PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
- A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
