Partridge Pointe is an affordable housing community, consisted of 52 one-bedrooms with 500-550 SQFT, 116 two-bedrooms with 700 sq ft, and 68 three-bedrooms with 1,100 SQFT. We also have 32 two-bedroom townhouses with 1,000 SQFT, and 8 three-bedroom townhouses with 850 SQFT. Our one-bedroom apartments are $750, two-bedroom apartments and townhouses are $945, and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses are $1,025-1,100 a month for rent. Partridge Pointe is a family forward community that strives to keep our residents satisfied with their home! Animal Policy
  • No pets allowed. Service, Assistive and Therapy animals are accepted at Partridge Pointe under the guideline, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service /Assistance Animal will require following the steps of Reasonable Accommodations Request and adequate documentation.
  • PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
  • A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
