Hill Rise Place Apartments is a complex made up of 39 studio apartments and a single one-bedroom apartment. The square footage of the units ranges from 375 to 800 square feet. Rent currently runs $600 per month with all utilities included. Hill Rise is owned by The Hope Center, Inc and serves men that have completed a recovery program and have maintained at least 6 months of sobriety after completion of the referring program.

- No pets allowed. Service, Assistive and Therapy animals are accepted at Hill Rise Place Apartments the guideline, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service /Assistance Animal will require following the steps of Reasonable Accommodations Request and adequate documentation.
- PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
- A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
