Welcome to University Crossing, a brand-new multifamily community located in the heart of St. Louis at 8701 University Place Drive. Monthly Charges (in addition to base rent)
  • Base rent ranges: starting at 1 BR $900.00-$1,100.00, 2BR $1,100.00-$1,300.00, 3BR $1,250.00-$1,600.00 
  • Project Based Voucher Units only accept referrals from Employment Connections.  Those units' rent will be based on a percentage of income
  • Water, sewer, trash,& Wifi included in rent
  • Estimated monthly utilities (Electric): 1BR: $123.00, 2BR: $139.00, 3BR: $168.00
  • Pet Rent: $25/ month

Due at Lease Signing:
  • Application fee per adult applicant: $30
  • Onetime Pet fee -nonrefundable $250

Due by Move-In:
  • 1st Month’s rent or Prorated Lease Charges: Prorated and move-in specials during lease-up
Pet Policy: 
  • Pets are welcomed!
  • A non-refundable onetime pet fee of $250 will be paid.
  • A pet rent of $25/month will be added to the rent each month.
  • Only one (1) pet permitted per apartment.
  • Non-aggressive breeds only. The definition of aggressive breeds is left solely up to management.
  • All vet/vaccination records are requested to be submitted before the animal can occupy the apartment.
  • PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
  • A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our Household Pet, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized Household Pet, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The cost for the Household Pet is $25, ($30 if paying with a credit/debit card per year per household pet.) The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
Smoking Policy: 
  • Residents and their guests will be prohibited from smoking inside the building, at any time, for any reason.
  • Smoking is prohibited within 15 feet of any building entrance.
  • Smoking is allowed outside (must meet requirement of paragraph 2). We ask that you do not litter the property with cigarette butts and be mindful of other residents using this area.
  • A repeated violation of the non-smoking policy may be considered material noncompliance with lease requirements and may result in termination of tenancy.
  • Definition of Smoking: “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other lighted (including electronic) smoking device for burning tobacco or any other plant material, this also applies to e- cigarette(s), vaper cigarette(s), etc.
