Evelyn June Apartments is a newly constructed 54-unit community thoughtfully designed for adults 62 years of age and older. The property offers a variety of spacious floor plans to meet residents’ needs, including 25 one-bedroom apartments, 2 one-bedroom apartments with dens, and 27 two-bedroom apartments.

Each apartment home is equipped with a full kitchen featuring standard appliances, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer, providing convenience and comfort for everyday living. Internet available through Xfinity wifi included in rent.

We’re proud to host the Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency RUTHERFORD COUNTY(MCHRA office right on the first floor of our building in Smyrna. While MCHRA services are open to the public, our residents enjoy the convenience of having these essential resources available just steps from home, making access easier than ever. Through this partnership, transportation services and congregate meal services may be accessible to residents. Participation, scheduling, and any associated fees are arranged directly with Mid-Cumberland and are the responsibility of the resident.

PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our Household Pet, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized Household Pet, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The cost for the Household Pet is $25, ($30 if paying with a credit/debit card per year per household pet.) The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
