Parkland Scholar House is a mix of two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms. This is a 48-unit multi-family housing facility for full-time students and single parents who are also full time student eligible. In order to qualify to live at the Parkland Scholar House you must be an active participant in good standing with The Family Scholar House Program. Parkland is conveniently located across from Melburn Elementary School.

Applicants must be a participant of the Family Schooler House program.

Animal Policy
  • No pets allowed. Service, Assistive and Therapy animals are accepted at Parkland Scholar House under the guideline, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service /Assistance Animal will require following the steps of Reasonable Accommodations Request and adequate documentation.
  • PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
  • A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
