Application fees are $25 per adult and deposit is $1,010 due by move-in. The resident is responsible for their electric, gas, and water services, placed in your name within 3 days of move-in. - No pets allowed. Service, Assistive and Therapy animals are accepted at Cleo Housing under the guideline, Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service /Assistance Animal will require following the steps of Reasonable Accommodations Request and adequate documentation.
- PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
- A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
