The Don Ball Campus Center is owned by The Hope Center and are set aside for individuals in recovery from chemical dependency or that have been diagnosed with a dual diagnosis of mental disability and addiction. Our clients are referred to us directly from The Hope Center program. We have been here since 2019. Our units are studios and include a kitchen area that is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink area, a bathroom and one room that is used as living space and sleeping space that includes a twin xl-sized bed, a couch, two nightstands, a dresser and a chair. All units have their own heating and air control as well. The building has two lounge areas for gathering with vending machines located on the second floor. We also have an on-site laundry facilities on the second and third floors that includes 3 each of washers and dryers. Our building consists of 3 floors. The first floor consists of Hope Center offices and community rooms. The second and third floor are apartment units. There is a main entrance with an elevator and mailbox area on the ground floor for the apartments, as well as stairwells located conveniently at each end of the building. There is also ample parking for all residents to have one parking spot.
