Jackson House Apartments is a 62+ and disabled community. Located in Downtown Paducah, we are a 20-story high-rise building. It consists of 238 1-bedroom apartments, approximately 468 sq ft each, rent is $865 a month. We are Paducah's premier community designed to enable qualified persons to live active, rewarding lives. We offer a grocery store, beauty salon, dog park, on site laundry facilities, multiple community areas, with pool table and sitting areas. Security deposit and pet deposit are due at lease signing.

- A refundable pet deposit of $300 will be paid. The refund will be issued if the pet hasn't caused any damage to the unit at the time of move out.
- Only one (1) pet permitted per apartment.
- Full maturity weight limit of 35 pounds
- Non-aggressive breeds only. The definition of aggressive breeds is left solely up to management.
- All vet/vaccination records are requested to be submitted before the animal can occupy the apartment. Please contact the Leasing Office for further details.
