Brookhollow Senior Apartments is a four-story elevator building designed for seniors to enjoy independent living in Ashland City. 

We’re proud to host the Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency (MCHRA) Cheatham County office right on the first floor of our building. While MCHRA services are open to the public, our residents enjoy the convenience of having these essential resources available just steps from home, making access easier than ever. Beacon is pleased to announce the opening of the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list for Brookhollow Senior Apartments, located at 295 Brookhollow Drive, Ashland City, TN 37015.  Applications will be accepted beginning: 11/3/2025 at 9AM.

Eligibility Criteria: This PBV waiting list is open to elderly households (head of household or spouse aged 55 or older). Applicants must meet income eligibility requirements as defined by HUD for Cheatham County and other program criteria.

  • Pet rent: $25 (max 30lb, 2 pet limit)
Due at Lease Signing
  • Refundable security deposit: $500
  • Non-refundable pet deposit: $250
Pet Policy
  • A non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 will be paid for each pet.
  • Pet rent of $25.00 will be added to the rent each month for each pet.
  • Max two (2) animals permitted per apartment.
  • Full maturity weight limit of 30 pounds; non-aggressive breeds only. The definition of aggressive breeds is left solely up to management.
  • A picture of the animal, copies of City License and No., copies of up-to-date shot records (including rabies vaccinations) are required in each resident's file.
  • PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
  • A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our Household Pet, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized Household Pet, No Pet or Animal, and Assistance Animal policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. The cost for the Household Pet is $25, ($30 if paying with a credit/debit card per year per household pet.) The No Pet/Animal and Assistance Animal profiles are free. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider.
