Walker Court

Walker Court is an 88-unit affordable family community located in Columbia, TN, developed through a joint venture between SOCAYR, Inc. and Hallmark Mobile Developer, LLC. Awarded 9% LIHTC funding through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) in 2019, the project was completed in 2021 and has maintained high occupancy since opening.

Located just a short drive from Nashville and within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment, Walker Court offers spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments designed for comfort and convenience. Ground-floor units feature private patios, while upper-floor units include Juliet balconies. Each apartment includes washer/dryer hookups, carpeted bedrooms, and vinyl plank flooring in kitchens and living areas.

Community amenities include a playground, splash pad, raised garden beds, and a modern community building with a large gathering space and computer lab, supporting both recreational and educational needs for residents.
