Pevely Pointe Apartments is a 256-unit affordable housing community in Pevely, Missouri, undergoing a major rehabilitation led by co-developers SOCAYR, Inc. and Bywater Development Group. This substantial reinvestment will preserve and modernize the aging property, ensuring long-term affordability, safety, and comfort for current and future residents.

The renovation includes comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades. Inside each unit, residents will benefit from new high-efficiency appliances, modern kitchen and bathroom remodels, updated cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. Energy-efficient water heaters, enhanced building sealing, and low-flow plumbing upgrades will improve comfort and sustainability.
