Completed in July 2022, Linda’s Place Senior Apartments offers 87 high-quality, income-restricted homes for adults aged 62 and older in a peaceful, residential setting just 20 minutes from downtown Louisville. Developed by SOCAYR, Inc. and managed by Beacon, the community was named in honor of Beacon’s beloved founder, Linda Arnold, whose legacy of compassion and entrepreneurial spirit lives on through this project.

The community features spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with upscale amenities including in-unit washers and dryers, dishwashers, cable and high-speed internet included in rent, valet trash service, and a seniors-focused fitness center. Residents also enjoy a large community room with a kitchen and walk-out deck, walking paths, a gazebo, and scenic views of the wooded creek-lined property.

Fully leased since opening, Linda’s Place reflects Beacon and SOCAYR’s shared commitment to providing affordable, dignified housing for Kentucky’s senior population.
