Located at 2354 Reading Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kinsey Lofts is a thoughtfully planned age- and income-restricted housing community being developed in partnership by Kingsley + Co. and SOCAYR to expand affordable housing opportunities for older adults in a centrally located urban neighborhood. Transforming a well-located but underutilized surface parking lot in Walnut Hills, the development is designed to bring high-quality senior housing to a connected, amenity-rich area approximately one mile from downtown Cincinnati.

Designed for adults age 55 and older, Kinsey Lofts will offer thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom residences created to support accessibility, comfort, safety, and independent living. Positioned along a bus line and near everyday essentials such as shopping, healthcare, and recreation, the community will provide convenient access to destinations including Kroger, the University of Cincinnati Medical Campus, and Losantiville Recreation Area.

In 2025, the project received Ohio Housing Finance Agency approval for Hosing Development Loan and Ohio LIHTC funding, helping advance the development towards construction and future occupancy.

Residents will benefit from features that promote both comfort and community, including secure building entry, on-site management, in-unit laundry hookups, and shared amenities such as a community room with a full kitchen, a fitness center, and inviting outdoor gathering spaces.
