Brookhollow Senior Living 

Brookhollow Senior Apartments is an affordable housing community for adults aged 55 and older constructed in 2025, located at the intersection of Frey Street and Brookhollow Drive in Ashland City, TN. 

The four-story, elevator-served building offers 63 thoughtfully designed apartments, 33 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom units with modern finished, an on-site management office, a senior-focused game room, and a community room overlooking mature forest and rolling hills. Supportive services for residents are provided in partnership with the Mid Cumberland Human Resource Agency.

Thirteen units are reserved for households earning 50% or less of the area median income (AMI), with the remaining 50 units serving those at or below 60% AMI. The development was funded through 9% LIHTCs allocated by THDA, with additional support from Synovus Bank and Grandbridge (on behalf of Freddie Mac). CITC participation through Synovus helped reduce borrowing costs and ensure long-term sustainability.

Developed by SOCAYR, Inc., Brookhollow Senior Apartments adds much-needed senior housing to the Ashland City community, providing affordability, dignity, and stability for older adults.
