Breeze Crossing 

Breeze Crossing is a new affordable housing development in Dickson, Tennessee. The project, developed by SOCAYR, Inc., began construction in October 2024 following financial closing and completed in November 2025. Completed lease up March 2026, it has brought much-needed, high-quality housing options to the area and expand access to affordable living for Tennessee residents.
